Payment Information: Payments are processed via secure third-party processors. We do not store complete credit card information.

Friends Only operates curated experiences. Selection decisions are discretionary and may be based on qualitative, subjective, and alignment-based criteria.

By attending a Friends Only event, you grant Friends Only a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use images or recordings in which you may appear, unless you provide written notice prior to the event requesting exclusion.
We are not responsible for content captured or distributed by third parties, including other attendees or sponsors.
15. Third-Party Platforms
We rely on third-party platforms to deliver services. While we select reputable providers, we are not responsible for the privacy, security, or data handling practices of third-party services. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of third-party platforms independently.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Friends Only shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or economic damages arising from the collection, use, disclosure, storage, or security of personal information.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid to us, if any, in connection with the relevant event or service.
